THIS MASTER RESEARCH AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made this day of 20 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Georgia State University Research Foundation, Inc. (“GSURF”), a Georgia non-profit corporation and cooperative organization of Georgia State University (“GSU”) established to receive grants and research agreements from external funding sources and which owns and controls intellectual property on behalf of GSU (GSURF and GSU collectively hereinafter referred to as “Institution”), and with a principal place of business at (hereinafter “Sponsor”).
