This Mobile Check Deposit User Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use of Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust (“bank”, “us”, “we”) Mobile Check Deposit and/or other remote deposit capture services that the Bank or its affiliates may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with the Bank, as applicable to your Bank account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
