This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), effective , 2023 (“Effective Date”), is between the Housing Authority of the City of Indian Wells, a public body, corporate and politic, organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 44-950 Eldorado Drive, Indian Wells, California 92210-7497 (“Housing Authority”) and Abode Communities, a California nonprofit corporation, with its principal place of business at 1149 S. Hill Street, Suite 700, Los Angeles, CA 90015 (“Management Agent”). Housing Authority and Management Agent are sometimes individually referred to as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
