This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) has been developed between Eastern Washington University (hereinafter “EWU”) and Franklin Pierce School District (hereinafter "School District") to govern our relationship in administering the College in the High School Program for the 2024-2025 academic year. It is intended to establish operational rules for enrollment in courses offered at high school sites and to define the conditions under which School District students (“Student” or “Students”) may enroll in EWU courses.
