NCI has agreed to provide the Customer certain services and software in respect of the support and maintenance of the Customer's IT infrastructure including operating system, Microsoft applications and hardware (excluding parts), on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. This contract relates to all of NCI’s technical support services and contracts including but not limited to: ProSupport, School Maintenance Contracts, and legacy contracts Silver, Gold, Platinum.
