Note: The Helicopter Flight Data Monitoring Program (HFDM PROGRAM) is an application of Flight Operational Quality Assurance (FOQA) techniques to helicopter operations. The acronym HFDM PROGRAM has the same meaning as the internationally agreed upon acronym FOQA. However, the involvement of and agreement between the Company and the pilot group in this matter are exclusive to this document. No related stipulation or practice under FOQA that is not expressly discussed herein shall be considered a function of the program. This document constitutes the entirety of the preliminary HFDM PROGRAM relationship between the Company and the pilot group. No policy or procedure practiced by any other organization or body may be considered attached or included in this relationship. No full implementation of HFDM PROGRAM shall be made prior to mutual agreement between the Company and the pilot group.
