This advertising contract is entered into between the undersigned Advertiser and the Grand Lake Association, (hereinafter “GLA”). The Advertiser hereby agrees to purchase the below-identified advertising space (hereinafter “Ad” or “Advertisement”) from GLA to be included in the 2025 Grand Lake Visitor Guide. In return, GLA hereby agrees to publish the Advertisement for Advertiser subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.
