These General Terms and Conditions together with the attached Quote/s shall constitute the entire Charter Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Charterer as specified in the Quote (the Charterer). The Charterer shall either be an Air Charter Broker acting as an agent for an end user or be the end user (the Client). The Charterer shall indicate in this document in which capacity it shall be arranging the air transportation on behalf of the end user. USAC Airways 693, LLC dba Discovery Jets, a Pennsylvanian limited liability company shall be the Direct Air Carrier (the Carrier).
