2. The Firm shall receive as compensation as an independent contractor for the described auditing services a fee not to exceed $82.500 plus any amount authorized by a duly executed amendment as provided in paragraph 14 of this contract.

This Contract, entered into as of this 27 day of July, 2017, by and between the Mississippi Military Department. hereinafter referred to as the "Agency," the Office of the State Auditor, hereinafter referred to as the "OSA", and Carr. Riggs & Ingram. LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Firm".
