This Land Exchange Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision (“City”) and THE COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision (“County”).
