Contract Type FiledFebruary 27th, 2015Employee agrees that all information, in whatever form obtained by Employee from Company, and all working drawings, specifications, and other documents and work product prepared by Employee, shall be held in confidence by Employee and shall not be used by Employee for any purpose other than for the performance of the services contemplated by this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties. All information pertaining to compensation, salaries, wages, and expenses paid by Company to Employee shall be held in confidence by Employee. Employee agrees that it shall not make disclosure of any such Confidential Information to anyone except to whom disclosure is necessary for the purposes of accomplishing the work to be performed by Employee, and who have agreed to be bound by the obligations of confidentiality and restrictions on use hereunder.
