Thermo Products, LLC, a Delaware corporation, hereby warrants the Spirit gas warm air furnace models TG9S* and TP9C* to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is extended to the original owner(s) whose name(s) appear on the Warranty Registration submitted to Thermo Products, LLC. If registered online within ninety (90) days after date of installation, the registered Limited Warranty period for Parts is ten (10) years. If not registered within ninety (90) days after date of installation, the Base Limited Warranty period is effective and is five (5) years on Parts. The Heat Exchanger warranty is Limited Lifetime for residential applications and 10 years for commercial applications. If not registered within ninety (90) days after date of installation, the Base Limited Warranty period is effective and is five (5) years on Parts and 20 years on the primary and secondary heat exchangers.
