This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., (“Kaiser”), and the County of Amador (“County”) in order to implement certain provisions of CCR, Title 9, Section 1810.370, Welfare and Institutions Code 14715, and other applicable law.. This MOU shall commence on June 1, 2021 and may be terminated by either party by giving at least ten (10) days written notice to the other party.
