THIS AGREEMENT made this day of July, 2023 by and between the Town of Boxford, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of Massachusetts and having a usual place of business at 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, Massachusetts 01921, hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”, and Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., a corporation having a usual place of business at 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Suite 100, Reading, MA 01867, hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”.
