This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA") is hereby entered by and between Pic-time Ltd. (“Company”) and you, a photographer using Company’s services and platform (“Photographer”), each a "party" and collectively, the "parties". This DPA forms a binding agreement and amends any previously terms relating to the Processing of Personal Data. As of the Effective Date, this DPA shall be an integral part of the signed or online accepted and executed agreement between the parties (“Agreement”).
