The Transferor has agreed to assign such Beneficiary Rights to the CBC and the CBC has agreed to accept such assignment on the terms of and subject to the conditions as set out in this Agreement.

The Transferor has agreed to assign such Beneficiary Rights to the CBC and the CBC has agreed to accept such assignment on the terms of and subject to the conditions as set out in this Agreement.
