THIS CROSSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between THE TOWN OF LYONS, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town”), and ROUGH AND READY IRRIGATING DITCH COMPANY, a Colorado mutual ditch company, with a mailing address of PO Box 119, Longmont, CO, 80502-0119 (the “Company”). The Town and Company are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution hereof by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).

The Town and the Company are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution hereof by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).
