The Agreement, signed on 4 December 2003, between the European Community and the Principality of Monaco on the application of certain Community acts on the territory of the Principality of Monaco entered into force on 1 May 2004. Article 3 of the Agreement establishes a Joint Committee, which is responsible for the management and proper application of the Agreement.
