These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “T&C”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Advertiser”, “Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) and the Affiliate Network AIVIX (“we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your use of https://aivix.com (“Website”) and the content, products and services offered through the Website (collectively with the Website, the “Services”). The term “Party” shall refer to one of you or us; the term “Parties” shall refer to both you and us.
