THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 26, 2024 (“Effective Date”) between MGT of America Consulting, LLC (“MGT”), with offices located at 4320 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33609, and Huerfano County, Colorado (“Client”), located at 401 Main Street, Walsenburg, CO 81089 collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
