THIS CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the 10th day of May, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Seller”) and the City of Pueblo, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “Buyer”). Buyer and Seller are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
