THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2013, by and between SOO LINE RAILROAD COMPANY, doing business as Canadian Pacific Railway, hereinafter called "Railroad Company," and CITY OF BISMARCK, hereinafter called "Licensee,"
