as a young rider and who has accepted responsibility as a young rider in terms of the rental agreement by signature thereof. A young rider is a Renter who is under the age of 23 (twenty-three) years and is in possession of a valid rider’s license for a period of 1 (one) year. A once-off young rider surcharge is payable.
