THIS paragraph iS FOR INFORMATION ONLY TO GUIDE THE PI – DELETE WHEN CREATING DOCUMENT: Expectations should be developed in writing and discussed with the Postdoctoral Fellow at the beginning of the assignment period, with opportunity for review and revision as the assignment progresses. Annual written progress reviews should be conducted based on the expectations that have been established for the Postdoctoral Fellow and on progress toward overall career goals. The evaluation process should include the opportunity for the Postdoctoral Fellow to respond in writing to the evaluation.
