BY ACCEPTING AND USING SCOPE’S WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND BY TAKING THE AFFIRMATIVE ACT OF CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON, CLIENT HEREBY EXPLICITLY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
