Pulaski, Inc., Frontier Communications of Orion, Inc., Frontier Communications - Midland, Inc., Frontier Communications - Prairie, Inc., and Frontier Communications - Schuyler, Inc., each corporations organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (collectively “Frontier”), each with offices at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 and BullsEyeTelecom, Inc., a Michigan corporation, having its principal place of business at 25925 Telegraph Road, Suite 210, Southfield, Michigan 48033 (“BullsEye”). Frontier and Carrier may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.

This Agreement For Local Resale Service (“Agreement”) made this 22nd day of January, 2010, is by and between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Utah, a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Frontier”) and BullsEye Telecom, Inc., a Michigan corporation, having its principal place of business at 25900 Greenfield Road, Suite 330, Oak Park, Michigan 48237 (“BullsEye”). Frontier and Carrier may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
