CONSULTANT'S schedule of services, which satisfies the requirements of this Article, accurately reflects the status of the work, incorporates all changes into the schedule, and shall be a condition precedent to the processing of the milestone payment application. Updated schedules shall also be submitted at such other times as the CITY may reasonably direct. Upon approval of an amendment or issuance of a notice to proceed with a change, the CONSULTANT shall reflect the approved amendments in the next schedule update submittal, or other update submittal approved by the CITY. As a condition precedent to final payment, the CONSULTANT shall submit to the CITY a final schedule of services that accurately reflects the manner in which the services were actually completed.
