WHEREAS the Oregon Department of Transportation and Washington County entered into a Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement No. 844 on December 28, 2020 where the Parties agreed that upon approval of a Jurisdictional Transfer Resolution by the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC), the jurisdiction over Unit A of Cornelius Pass Highway, State Highway Number 127 from MP 4.09 to MP 7.84 would be transferred from Washington County to the Department of Transportation.
