This Second Letter Amendment (“Second Letter Amendment”), effective as of April 17th, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), shall amend the Property Management Agreement by and between 22 Station Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) and Squaw Valley Resort, LLC (“Manager”), effective December 15, 2012, as amended (the “Agreement”). Association and Manager are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
