IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, IT SHALL PROMPTLY NOTIFY NI AND RETURN THE PRODUCT UNUSED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO NI WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.
