This Federal Work Study Off-Campus Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dallas College, a Texas political subdivision of higher education (the “College”), located at 1601 Botham Jean Blvd. Dallas, Texas 75215, and the Dallas Independent School District, (the “Organization”), located at 9400 N. Central Expressway Dallas, Texas 75231, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties,” individually, as the “Party,” for the purpose of providing work to students eligible for the Off-Campus Federal Work Study (“FWS”) Program (the “Program”).
