Collateral commitment. The recipient hereshe agrees to jointly grant the general partner and the partners in partnership on behalf of the public offering for the benefit and account of the Fund concerned a right of commitment to its rights under this note as collateral for the recipient's financial obligations or, if the beneficiary is not a partner, the partner affiliated to the beneficiary, to contribute to the Company certain amounts received in the form of payments under this note under Section 2.11(b), 6.02(b), 6.05(c), 6.6.6.6 05(f) or 6.05(g) of the partnership agreement (the guaranteed obligations), in relation to the Fund concerned, the relevant Fund being the Fund to which the partnership investment in question belongs.
