This Fiber Optic Shared Network Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective this 12th day of January, 2021, (herein “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Onalaska, a Wisconsin Municipal Corporation, located at 415 Main Street, Onalaska, Wisconsin 54650 (herein “City” or “Party”) and the School District of Onalaska, a Wisconsin Unified School District, located at 237 2nd Avenue South, Onalaska, Wisconsin 54650 (herein “SDO” or “Party”) (collectively herein “Parties”).
