Rubrica Anima America (“Anima”), and Kreuzfeld Ltd., (“Kreuzfeld”) (Julius Baer, Anima, and Kreuzfeld shall collectively be referred to as, the “Claimants”) (individually, a “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”).
