Contract Type FiledSeptember 28th, 2021This is a legally binding agreement between the parent(s)/guardian(s) (“payer(s)”) and Our Lady of Mercy Academy (“OLMA”). Each payer is individually responsible for timely payment of tuition and fees for the student during her enrollment at Our Lady of Mercy Academy and payer(s) agree that they are jointly and severally liable for all payments due under this contract. Payers are provided a five day grace period from the date that tuition is due, then a late fee will be charged. In addition, the signers of this agreement agree that any internal or third party contracted collection costs incurred by Our Lady of Mercy Academy will be paid by the payor (s).
