This Umbrella IAA (hereinafter referred to as the “IAA” or “Umbrella IAA”) shall be for the purpose of leveraging NIWC and NASA expertise and hardware in the area of small satellites, sensors, and associated communications to promote research collaboration between the Parties. This IAA will accelerate the quality of research and development in the area of small satellite systems and technologies, including sensors, tracking, and communications.
