This Community Solar Garden Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Oak Leaf Solar XXVIII LLC ("Operator") a Colorado limited liability company with offices at 2645 E. 2nd Avenue, Suite 206, Denver, CO 80206, or its successors and assigns, and the Town of Nederland, (“Subscriber”) a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado with offices at 45 W 1st Street, Nederland, CO 80466. The Operator and Subscriber may individually be referred to as a Party or jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
