This Contract, made this 7th day of June , 2023 and effective July 1, 2023 (“Contract” or “Agreement”), is between Adams 12 Five Star Schools (the “District”) and the New America School (“Network”), a Colorado non-profit corporation, for the operation of New America School – Thornton, a public charter school (the “School”).
