Each T-Mobile Party and the Seller is a “Party,” and the T-Mobile Parties and the Seller are the “Parties”; provided that as the context requires (i.e., when the applicable provision describes a two-party relationship or interaction), the T-Mobile Parties, collectively, shall be deemed to be a single Party.
