This AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between Independent School District No. 94, Cloquet, Minnesota, a public corporation of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter “Cloquet Public Schools,” and Independent School District No. 93, Carlton, Minnesota, a public corporation of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter “Carlton Public Schools” all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 123A.30, and providing for the provision of instruction of certain Carlton Public Schools secondary students by Cloquet for the 2022-23 through 2031-32 School Years and for future years with proper notification being given as provided herein.
