This Second Amendment to Tolling Agreement (“Second Amendment”) is entered into by and between Discovery Builders, Inc. (“Discovery”) and West Coast Home Builders, Inc. (“WCHB”), on the one hand, and the County of Contra Costa and the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors (collectively “County”), and the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District and Board of Directors of the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District (collectively “Fire District”), on the other hand. Discovery, WCHB, County and Fire District will sometimes be collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
