This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa (“VillaSport”) and you, the main member (“Primary Adult Member” or “you”), who shall be responsible for all members listed on this Agreement or subsequently added (each, including the Primary Adult Member, a “Member”).
