This Agreement is entered as of the day of , 20 by and between Yale University, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of a charter granted by the General Assembly of the Colony and State of Connecticut and located in New Haven, Connecticut (“Yale”) and (“Artist”). In consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows with respect to Artist’s participation in (name of Event) (the “Event”) on the Yale University Campus.
