This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) to perform Orbital Debris Object Reentry Survival Analysis Tool (ORSAT) analyses to predict the reentry survivability of LauncherOne upper stage components reentering the atmosphere, which are elements of VO's air-launched vehicle system. VO's primary business focus is to provide responsive orbital launch services for small spacecraft. VO is developing the LauncherOne to deliver spacecraft to orbit, but the orbital debris environment concerns them. The ORSAT code uses integrated trajectory, atmospheric, aerodynamic, aerothermodynamic, and thermal/ablation models to perform a complete satellite analysis in determining the impact risk.
