SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT FORMApril 5th, 2020
Please review the sponsorship options below. You can mix, match or combine line items listed below to meet the total dollar amount to reach a specific sponsorship level. Sponsors and exhibitors that participated in the 2019 Convention have the first right of refusal through Jan. 24, 2020. After that, sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are open to all prospective sponsors and exhibitors. Prepayment is preferred for sponsorships. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. Late invoices are assessed a 1% penalty. Prepayment is required for exhibit space. Sponsorship and exhibit contracts are binding agreements and are nonrefundable. New sponsorship ideas are welcome pending approval. New opportunities may also become available. The NTDA will let you know as new items are introduced. Questions?
