This agreement is made this day of 2018 between Solacom Technologies, Inc. of 84 Jean Proulx Street, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, J8Z 1W1 (hereinafter “Solacom”), and the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, of 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, CO, 81003 (hereinafter the “Customer”), singularly referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
