This Amendment dated (this “Amendment”) between (“Borrower”) and Truist Bank (“Bank”) amends that certain Agreement To Commercial Note dated , (the “Agreement To Commercial Note”) referenced in each of Borrower’s commercial notes, and any extensions, renewals, amendments and replacements thereof (collectively, the “Notes”). All defined terms used herein that are not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Notes.
