THIS AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made and entered into by the State of Texas, through the RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS (“RRC”), a state agency located at 1701 N. Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701 and HAY CREEK INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. (“Vendor”), located at 613 Wallis Ave, Santa Anna, Texas 76878 (individually “Party”; collectively “Parties”).
