This Agreement between herein referred to as Client, and Honorbound IT is effective on and shall remain in force for a period of one year, and be reviewed on the annual anniversary date for renewal and to address any necessary adjustments or modifications. Should adjustments or modifications be required that affect the monthly fees paid for the services rendered under this Agreement, these will be negotiated and agreed to by the Client and Honorbound IT in advance.
