In addition to these General Terms and Conditions of Service ("General Terms"), You, individually ("You" or "Subscriber"), and You, on behalf of every member of your household, current and future, every visitor to or guest in your household, and any other person who uses the Services (together with Subscriber, the "Subscriber Group"), agree to be bound by the terms of service applicable to the service(s) to which You subscribe (hereafter, "Service" or "Services"), as well as the Subscriber Privacy Notice which may each be found at www.harvestbeam.com, as such may be updated from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Service"), which are incorporated herein by this reference. For purposes of these Terms of Service, all references to "HARVESTBEAM INC." mean HarvestBeam Inc. and any of its affiliates providing Subscriber the Services (including third parties HARVESTBEAM INC. may retain to provide the Services).
